Communications Association, Inc. (ECA) is an organization of communications
equipment users located atop majestic Mount Ascutney in the town of West
Windsor, Vermont.

ECA members take advantage of the best transmitting
location in southeastern Vermont and southwestern New Hampshire-Mount
Ascutney (see photo at right). Membership in ECA is open to all.
Members include public service users such as highway departments,
utilities, and emergency response organizations. Commercial members use
the communications facilities for dispatching and paging services for
their customers and/or employees. Use of the site is available only
through membership in ECA, Inc. There is an annual fee for users.
